On June 20, Mikhail Astapov, Rector of Kuban State University, and Milan Kulich, Rector of the University of East Sarajevo, signed a Cooperation Agreement between KubSU and the University of East Sarajevo (East Sarajevo, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina) in the field of education and science. Kuban State University has been developing cooperation with Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2023. In February last year, the University was visited by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Russian Federation, Mr. Zeljko Samardzija. In April of this year, KubSU hosted a delegation from the city of East Sarajevo, students of the “East Ilija” Secondary School, accompanied by a teacher. The guests got acquainted with the university campus, the rich library collections, and appreciated the sports infrastructure of KubSU.
