
The National Research University Higher School of Economics has published the results of monitoring the quality of admission to budget and paid places at Russian universities in 2024. Monitoring is considered an important indicator not only of the quality of knowledge of first-year applicants, but also of the reputation of the universities themselves.
According to the Unified State Exam average score of those enrolled in the first year among 89 classical universities in the country, Kuban State University took 8th place in terms of the quality of paid admission and 11th place in terms of admission to paid places, becoming the first classical university in the Southern Federal District. – We are traditionally in the group of leaders among classical universities in terms of admission quality, but for the first time we turned out to be leaders in the Southern Federal District, which is the result of purposeful systematic work with applicants, – Mikhail Astapov, Rector of KubSU, notes. – In 2024, representatives of 83 regions of the Russian Federation and 35 countries of the world enrolled KubSU (read more https://www.kubsu.ru/ru/node/43570).
