On 31 March, the educational exhibition “Master’s and Postgraduate Studies in Russia” organised by the Russian House in Athens (RCSC) was held at the University of Western Attica (Athens, Greece). The event attracted a large number of students interested in continuing their studies after obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Greece at leading higher education institutions of the Russian Federation.
The official opening was conducted by Natalia Yeremenko, who supervises the admission of Greek students and compatriots permanently residing in Greece to Russian universities within the framework of the government quota. In her speech, she emphasised the high level of teaching at the Russian Master’s and PhD programmes, noting that the teaching is at an advanced academic level with the participation of experienced teachers, professors and experts. Valentina Stefanidou, spokeswoman for the Russian House in Athens, also gave welcoming remarks.
The event was held in a hybrid format – representatives of several educational institutions joined the Athens audience as part of the Russian Universities teleconference: Kuban State University, Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH), and Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University (N.I.
