Vladimir Putin presented awards to the best young scientists of the country

On February 5, the ceremony of awarding the Prize of the President of the Russian Federation in the field of science and innovation for young scientists for 2025 took place in the Catherine Hall of the Kremlin. This year’s awards were awarded in four areas, both to individual researchers and research teams. Among them is Dmitry Butylsky, a leading researcher, associate professor of the Department of Physical Chemistry at Kuban State University.

It is worth mentioning that experimental and theoretical research in the field of low-reagent lithium extraction from natural brines has been conducted at the Department of Physical Chemistry of KubSU for more than 8 years. Due to the extensive background and relevance of the topic, the laboratory «Modern Lithium Technologies» was created this year on the basis of the university under the leadership of Dmitry Butylsky.

Dmitry Butylsky’s victory is a victory for the entire scientific school of Kuban State University, confirming the correctness of the university’s chosen strategy to create conditions for breakthrough research by young scientists. https://kubsu.ru/ru/node/45006
