The Russian job application website «HeadHunter» has released the results of the «Best Universities in Russia 2022–2023» ranking. Kuban State University emerged as a leader in the region and secured the 16th position in the country, climbing 10 positions compared to the previous year. - Demand for university graduates among employers (average number of interview invitations received by a graduate on the website hh.ru during the two years prior to the ranking compilation year).
- Relative level of graduates’ expected salaries (ratio of the median wage indicated in resumes of university graduates to the median wage indicated in resumes of graduates from universities in the same region).
- Work experience (average number of months of work experience indicated in a graduate’s resume).
- Current employment status (proportion of the number of graduates with at least one job with an open expiration date, indicating they likely have a job at the time of analysis, to the total number of graduates’ resumes).
