Kuban State University has been training students to live and work both in Russia and foreign countries.
Since the 1970/71 academic year, the University has developed a network of foreign partners with more than 80 agreements of cooperation with 70 universities. These scientific and educational institutions are located in Europe, North and South America, and Asia. The University has won many awards at various forums and exhibitions abroad. Since the University’s founding, more than 5,000 foreign citizens from 130 countries have studied on its campus. More than 1,000 foreign students from over 65 countries study at the University every year. Every year Kuban State University welcomes foreign delegations, including heads of foreign diplomatic missions.
Kuban State University successfully cooperates with research and educational centers in various scientific fields such as membrane technologies and technologies for the production of highly pure substances and biologically active drugs, laser technologies, seismology, ecology and prevention of natural and man-made disasters, humanities, the Russian language and many others.
The University actively participates in projects funded by international organizations.
Kuban State University is a member of international universities and academic networks, such as the Eurasian Association of Universities, the Black Sea and Eastern Mediterranean Academic Network, the Association of Russian-Azerbaijani Universities
