Kuban State University develops cooperation with universities in the Republic of Belarus

On April 4, as part of the development of cooperation between Kuban State University and universities in the Republic of Belarus, an online meeting was held between representatives of KubSU and the Republican Institute of Vocational Education (RIPO) in Minsk.

Representatives from KubSU included Vice-Rector for Research and Innovations, Mikhail Sharafan; Vice-Rector for Educational Work and Social Affairs, Nikolay Redkin; Director of the Technopark, Oksana Kopaneva; Assistant to the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovations, Elena Kurennaya; and Acting Director of the International Affairs Department, Evgeniya Rotai. Opening the meeting, Mikhail Sharafan emphasized the importance of the Russian-Belarusian academic dialogue.

Igor Sokorov, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Methodological Work, and Yevgeniya Franco, Head of the Scientific and Industrial Laboratory of the Belarusian university, welcomed the participants on behalf of the Republican Institute of Vocational Education (Minsk).

Colleagues exchanged information on current research directions and organized events, identifying many similar themes. The development of a roadmap for cooperation with the Belarusian university, the organization of a series of joint events, and the creation of joint educational and scientific programs are planned.

It should be noted that in the near future, an agreement on cooperation between KubSU and RIPO is planned to be signed.
