Profile: General

This degree course trains psychologists who specialise in providing

  • Psycho-pedagogical and social assistance to the participants of educational relations;
  • The programme also trains psychologists who provide psycho-pedagogical and social help to the participants of educational relations;
  • Psychological counselling of representatives of socially vulnerable groups;
  • Counselling assistance to workers of social services, education and improvement of psychological culture of the population.

37.03.02 Conflict Studies

The training programme trains conflictologists who are engaged in

  • Providing psychological and conflictological help to the participants of educational relations;
  • research;
  • Psychological and conflict counselling for employees of social services, psychological and conflict counselling for individuals (clients) in difficult life situations;
  • Providing dispute resolution with the participation of a mediator.

Profile: Human Resources Development and Assessment

The field of professional activity of the graduates is administrative and office activity (information-analytical support and operational management of personnel).

The graduates can perform professional activity in other areas.

  • Employment and social security services, recruitment agencies;
  • Organisations specialising in management and human resources consultancy and auditing.

The profession of a state and municipal employee is to perform public administration duties, develop and implement administrative decisions.

Objects of professional activity of the graduates:

  • state and municipal enterprises and institutions.
