The profile

  • Provides students with a systematic understanding of contemporary socio-economic geography;
  • involves the study of existing and the development of new methods and technologies of geographical research, justification, evaluation and study of spatial and territorial planning projects;
  • provides training based on the implementation of modern scientific achievements in the educational process;
  • allows to study some of the most important disciplines based on practical examples of geographical projects in Russia and abroad,
  • ensures a seamless combination of the best Russian and international traditions.
